A rush of emotion and tension can drive bad decisions at the heat of the moment.
In Hagerstown, Maryland, 35 year old Danelle Michael Harris faces charges of first and second degree assault for stabbing a man in the eye with a fork. The victim who was identified as Brian O. Braxton was also arrested with charges including disorderly conduct, robbery, and assault. The two were arguing outside of an apartment complex after a woman told Harris that Braxton had robbed her.
Harris has a preliminary hearing later this month, but no lawyer is listed as representing him yet.
