Oleg Fastovsky graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law. While attending the University of Baltimore, Mr. Fastovsky was Manuscripts Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review, was a member of the American Association for Justice Trial Team during his first and second years and, as Captain of the National Trial Competition Trial Team during his third year, lead his team to the Regional Finals. Honors and other notable activities include the Heuisler Honor Society, Law Scholar for Contracts I & 2, Rule 16 Criminal Practice Student Attorney and University of Baltimore Barbri Head Representative. Mr. Fastovsky has both an undergraduate and Master's degree from Towson University.
Experience:
Oleg Fastovsky joined Craig M. Kadish, Chartered, as an Associate after completing a clerkship for the Honorable Arrie W. Davis, Court of Special Appeals. Mr. Fastovsky is also currently an associate professor for the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he heads the university's National Trial Competition. As a student attorney in the University of Baltimore Criminal Practice Clinic, Mr. Fastovsky represented clients in various criminal matters. Prior to his clerkship, Mr. Fastovsky was employed at the Law Offices of Spence & Buckler, P.C., where he was involved with commercial litigation and various civil matters.
Mr. Fastovsky's primary focus is criminal defense and litigation, although he is also involved in various civil matters.
